We are excited to announce a new FREE community monthly gym session for our club members starting this Saturday April 11th at 10am. The session will be run by our Strength & Conditioning coach Steven Moore in our Health and Wellbeing Centre (Club gym). This session is designed for social purposes as it will bring club members together for an aerobic based session. With Beo on our club grounds you might want to grab a beverage after the session and have a chat. Come along and have some fun with the help of an expert trainer! 💪🏻
